Here are a few things to be mindful of before making a purchase: 

Allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Shipping is normally 1-3 business days in the state of Alabama (if the unit is on hand),but maybe longer depending on the carrier, delays, and seasonal overflow. Allow 5-10 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) for all other deliveries.

Shipping

When placing an order to be shipped, be sure your shipping address is correct on Paypal/Afterpay Accounts as this will be the address your merchandise will be sent to. Once your item is shipped, delays and lost packages would be handled through the mail carrier with you tracking number. The Lace Addictionz is no longer responsible for packages once they are turned over to the post office.

Pick Up

Please be sure when placing an order for local pick up that your payment information (Paypal/Afterpay Info) matches your government issued driver's license/military id/passport. This is the only form of identification that will be accepted. No employee badges will be accepted. No one else is able to pick up for you. Please adhere to these guidelines or you will be refunded. FaceTime calls are not accepted. Lastly, adding someone else's name to your order will not change the policy stated.

Disclaimer (Starting April 1, 2023)

By purchasing any product from The Lace Addictionz, you understand everything is manufactured by a third party and faulty items may be produced. You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and receive a refund or exchange, as long as no alterations have been made. After 24 hours, absolutely no compensation is given at all even if you have an issue with excessive shedding, bleaching, tangling, frizzing, wig too big or too small, or ripped lace, etc.

REFUND POLICY

THE LACE ADDICTIONZ WILL ONLY GRANT A REFUND FOR UNITS IN THE EVENT THAT:

  • Within 24 hrs

  • The unit has not been altered in any way: cut, dyed (includes bleached knots), or installed!!

  • Unit is returned

 

BEFORE DEPARTURE, IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EXAMINE THE UNIT:

  • The lace: too light / too dark / too thick

  • Density: thick enough?

  • Length: true to length?

  • Size: cap size 22.5 too small?

 

DISCLAIMER: Stylists are responsible for issues w/ customizations: over plucking, over bleaching, coloring, lack of experience.

Operating hours are 6am-4:30pm Monday-Saturday and 9-2pm Sundays at my availability. If you have not arranged pick up with me and not in route by 4:10pm, try back on the next business day. I don't have a shop, so direct address is given upon arrival. At no time should you or anyone else just show up without my acknowledgement. Thanks so much.
